New York, U.N.C.L.E., saving the world, risking lives, were thirty-five years in the past.
Cambridge University and the security company were seven years ago.
Today, in their small Somerset village surrounded by friends and neighbors, they celebrated Napoleon's seventy-fifth birthday.
Illya watched his lover flirt with three elderly ladies. Napoleon still hadn't lost his touch, or his charm.
But Illya didn't mind.
It was he with whom Napoleon always went home.
He who had Napoleon's love.
And he who had an extra surprise for the man he loved.
After forty-five years, it was about time they made their union legal.
