MORE THAN A FANTASY
By
Ashleigh Anpilova
Silver still misses his lover.
An established relationship story.
Written: October 2007. Word count: 100.
"Earth to earth."
Silver moved away. Shutting out the words.
This wasn't the one.
'They' said it was a fantasy. A desire. An illusion. A dream.
He knew differently.
Steel was going to return to him. He had seen it. It hadn't been a dream. It wasn't a fantasy. It was real.
It had to be.
That was why he returned to earth to watch earthly burials. Because that was the way Steel would return to him.
Two months later he held Steel in his arms, kissed him, and said softly, "I told 'Them' it was more than a fantasy."
