TRICK OR TREAT

Gibbs goes trick or treating.
A first time story.
Written: October 2007. Word count: 100.
31st OCTOBER
Gibbs had never gone trick or treating as a child.
He certainly never expected to as an adult.
Then the day came when he realized it would solve everything.
"Jethro?" Ducky sounded surprised as he opened the door of his Reston home.
"Trick or treat, Duck."
"Jethro?" Now Ducky sounded astonished.
Jethro waited.
He went on waiting.
Then he shrugged, moved forward, pushed Ducky back into his house, slammed the front door and tugged Ducky into his arms. "Guess I'll have to claim my own treat then, won't I?" He lowered his head and claimed Ducky's lips with his own.
