RAY SURRENDERS

Ray gives in.
An established relationship story.

"All right, Benny. You win." Ray held his hands up in surrender.
"But, Ray, it wasn't about winning. It was about us enjoying ourselves." Benny looked hurt.
"I know that, Benny. It's just . . ."
"Just what, Ray?"
"Look, there are some things you enjoy and some things I enjoy, right?"
"Yes, Ray."
"And those things aren't always the same."
"I understand, Ray." Benny looked even more hurt.
Ray knew only one way out. "It's okay, Benny. I'll go riding with you. But first –" He grabbed Benny and kissed him.
Several hours later they finally arrived at the stables. They were closed.
